Patient safety doesn’t start with a licensed medical professional or licensed pharmacist! It begins with a student taking their first step into clinical medicine. RBM is challenging medical, nursing and pharmacy students across the country to PREPARE, BEWARE and CARE! We believe that an effort to improve patient safety attitudes and skills among medical, nursing and pharmacy students is key to reducing the number of sentinel events in the future. In an academic setting Ridley focuses on the real life pressures of doctors, nurses and pharmacists. He brings to light the need to begin their careers with a determination to “cause no harm!”
